Our Mission
SDTLP is on a mission to provide housing and supportive services to vulnerable and under served populations in Durham, NC, and surrounding communities. With a steadfast commitment to compassion and dignity, we extend a hand to individuals who are justice-involved, un-housed, and grappling with addiction. Through our comprehensive transitional living program, we offer not only shelter but also the tools, resources, and support necessary for individuals to reclaim their lives and embark on a journey of self discovery and empowerment.
Partnership and Progress
In late 2023, SDTLP forged a transformative partnership with Clean and Sober Incorporated, uniting our efforts to enhance the quality of services and housing options available to our clients. Since joining forces, our collective impact has been profound. Together, we have provided safe and stable housing for 21 additional men, fostering an environment of growth, healing, and hope. Moreover, our collaboration has catalyzed increased participation and referrals to local organizations offering vital behavioral health services, ensuring that individuals receive holistic support on their path to recovery and reintegration.
